I have made both of these, and they are super delicious and extremely easy. And I kind of like them because there is no butter or oil in them, so you can kind of feel like they are healthy. (But they still have all sorts of sugar and flour...so I try to remember that when I want to eat three muffins at a time).
I paid for a gym membership again yesterday. One of my girlfriends posted something on Facebook that said, "What did I get for Christmas? Fat. I got fat." Yes, I did too. I think it happens to the best of us...
