Lazy Girl Baking

So, I have previously spoken about my Pinterest problem. The other tab I like to look at is the "Food and Drink" section. Most of the time it is extremely complicated seven layer cakes with pies inside them, or beef wellington, or how to make ombre cupcakes, or pinata cookies...things I will never have time to do. But sometimes I find recipes that I can handle. Like the two below. 

Two Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins (canned pumpkin and a cake mix)

Three Ingredient Banana Bread (bananas, chocolate chips, and a cake mix)

I have made both of these, and they are super delicious and extremely easy. And I kind of like them because there is no butter or oil in them, so you can kind of feel like they are healthy. (But they still have all sorts of sugar and I try to remember that when I want to eat three muffins at a time). 

I paid for a gym membership again yesterday. One of my girlfriends posted something on Facebook that said, "What did I get for Christmas? Fat. I got fat." Yes, I did too. I think it happens to the best of us...
