Mother's Day Weekend







What a wonderful weekend! We had the Cuba Mule Show on Saturday and our annual Mother's Day trail ride on Sunday. Lots of time spent in the saddle with family and friends!

We pushed Chris' vehicle for almost a mile. It took 18 minutes. Every second was terrible. Is it good for your body to breathe in exhaust fumes?

Crossfit (and a pretty sunset)

Tire flips, deep squat holds, planks, and v-sits in a relay with the rest of the girls. I don't know how long it took us but it felt like 49 hours.
